Minecraft is just broken for me

Singleplayer. Is so, fucking buggy it's ridiculous.
1st, im getting lag in singleplayer... wth?? I don't have LAN on, I my internet is fast as hell, and it's like multiplayer still in beta. You would know what i'm talking about if you lagged in Minecraft.
2, the blocks never show up when i'm breaking it. It's there... but i can't pick it up...
last thing, im always get a client disconnection... I'm playing minecraft, and im playing on the J2 server, then a black screen shows up. I'll get a Error saying Minecraft has crash from a malfunction. Wtf?
This all has happened when i updated to 1.3, jeb should just take this LAN shit out of minecraft. Cause im getting lag in my own singleplayer world. -.-

Launcher-options-force update.
If that doesn't work, delete all of your minecraft files that are created by the launcher and redownload everything.
If all else fails, minimize the damage with optifine or something.
If even that doesn't work, take it as a sign from whatever deities minecraft has and go rage at tf2 some more.

Lag in singleplayer has nothing to do with your internet connection. Its your computer.

It was a this program i used called magic launcher, and it was causing the lag inside my single player. I used the regular Minecraft launcher and i have 0% lag. And i did had to delete alot of stuff in my minecraft folder. Thank you dyl for the advice.

Magic Launcher is supposed to make installing mods easier. Maybe because it usually installs 1.2.5 mods and now it's 1.3.1 so it's buggy.

My initial guess was that he downloaded a mod without taking the proper steps, but it turns out he wasn't even using a reliable launcher. Anything that comes out before there's time for bukkit to make a reliable version will be buggy and tedious.(except inventory editors)

The mods are 1.3. Now here's my next issue. I'm getting a internal server error in single player -.-. Reasons?

That's the error message that comes up when you try to connect to a server that hasn't updated to 1.3, or vice versa.

What. Single player mods don't rely on Bukkit, they rely on MCP.

Try sk89q's launcher instead, it works great.

"or vice versa". It was definitely the error message I got before I updated my client. Might have been just that one server though.Also, with bukkit's large team, they're able to update their server jar faster than most client mods/plugins can be updated to facilitate the changes in 1.3; it wasn't meant to sound like all mods are dependent on bukkit. sk98q's launcher is awesome from what I've read and heard about it.

Bukkit only put 1.3 client detection in a recent 1.2 RB

If nothing works, just get a game booster. I use that and it works just fine.
