Goals for by the time the game comes out:
Hope that valve doesn't require you to own the fucking game to update it
Get Admins and Bans from the other servers
One server of each mode.
Post in here things you want (alltalk, FF, 3rd person spec is what I've heard).
Other issues:
Change on next map might be broken from valve voting.

Re: CSGO Server Requests
If you haven't already, my request is for you to get REAL acquainted with the gamemodes_server.txt file. It will be essential when the custom maps start rolling out. You'll also need it to modify friendly fire and such.
Speaking of which, friendly fire commands now start with ff_, and you can modify the damage ratio they cause. I haven't been able to find anything at all for 3rd person spectate. Will probably need a mod for that.
If you look in gamemodes.txt at the already existing entries, you'll get a lot sample shit to work with and some of the available commands. You can also set up special .txt files for individual maps that essentially act as total overrides to everything else, but I can't remember 100% how that's done.
Using the txt file gives you access to a fuck load of stuff that wasn't easily accessible in CS:S, like cash rewards, but it's also frustrating because it's what I had to fuck with to increase player count on a listen server for a custom map I made. I had to go through and create a whole new gamemode and map entry and then put in the settings I wanted for it. Ended up being pretty powerful, but very tedious. Not sure if it's any different using a dedicated server setup.
Fun experiment: see if you can modify ff_damage_reduction_grenade_self to a negative number (-1) to see if grenades will heal friendlies instead of damaging them. Highly doubt it will work, but fuck it, won't hurt to try.

Re: CSGO Server Requests
This isn't really related to the server, but you should change the forum to just be "Counter-Strike".
It seems a little unnecessary to have a CS forum, a CS:S forum, and a CS:GO forum (most likely).
I know CS 1.6 doesn't really have an official forum, but a sub-forum still counts, I guess...
You can merge all of those together and make it one forum for every Counter-Strike game. :v
