so Stormbluff Isle is full again, does it usually fluctuate between being full and available as they should add more servers (right now the majority of them are full, with the rest on "high" pop) like it did before?

My ladyfriend is starting her stuff, but Stormbluff is full at the moment.

it does, it rarely opens up for a brief period and then hits full again, so what I had to do was take her login and spam check/camp the server list till it was "High" and not "Full"

it took a long time and was really annoying but I got her in. Probably about to do the same thing for another friend, too.
