It wasn't even $15.
It doesnt matter what it costs, I played CS for so long that im just done with it, I move onto bigger and better things.

Like Dota 2 and Planetside 2.

It does if you end up spending hours trying to get less than $15 back when you could just work for an hour and a half and make more than that.

I didnt realize sending steam support a question on a refund took hours to do.

I dont want the game I wont play it, why wouldnt I ask for a refund? Plus I got it anyways, it still doesnt matter what it costs.

Didn't say it did, but it can snowball into that if you wind up going back and forth with your support ticket or whatever, which I guess you didn't.

Why would anyone ever spend hours on a support ticket?

You arent writing an essay, you write "Hey Valve, I dont like CS:GO, can I get a refund from my pre-order" then you just let it happen and eventually you will get your money back, no work.

It took 5 days anyways because of the whole international 2 going on.

Man, hoodedsniper is so fucking ghetto for trying to get a refund for a 15 dollar game (Make sure you get every single penny back).
Btw, have fun playing with absolutely no one since everyone in these community and their mothers switched to GO
