Wolsky's Future Minigame

I am in the process of making a super cool Minecraft minigame, and I'd appreciate it if you guys could help me out if I ever need help. I won't give out any information about what it is yet, but this isn't a joke at all. I actually intend to make a very cool minigame that I've yet to see done in Minecraft. I've been watching videos by sethbling and Generikb and random YouTubers for help, but a lot of this has to be conceptualized by me, since no one else has done this before me (to my knowledge). In terms of testing, I've got a ways to go before I will actually have a testable version made.

For now, I have one simple request that just so happens to be one of the most important parts of the entire minigame. I need some people to go on regular PvP servers and see how much XP they get from killing other players. One person told me that you get all of the person's XP, but I want a lot of opinions to make absolutely sure that I don't get it wrong. If this is wrong, the whole game won't work. Also, from my testing on my single player world, I drop 7 XP every time I use the /kill command, though I'm not sure how reliable that is.

Don't worry, it will be out before Minecraft 2.

When the player dies, they drop 7 times their level as experience orbs, up to a maximum of 100 points (enough to reach level 6). All the other experience vanishes.

Seemed pretty straightforward to me. Also, if your minigame has complicated redstone that you need help on, I'd love to help with that.
