But seriously, the ghasts would give PVP a nice twist. If you use it in a team, then there's no telling who it could aim at, so it could attack you OR the enemy. As for the wither, whats the difference? Building it right outside their base or spawning it right outside their base, there's no difference, apart from the fact you can do it on their land. But if you build it off their land, and make it target you, you can just blow though anyway. As for the Ender Dragon, I totally understand. Releasing that onto the overworld could cause massive problems.
Ghasts are OP, no just no.
