Can't Connect

Guys, i am running minecraft 1.6.2., yet the server says 1.6.4, and client out of date. Could you help me please?

Have you tried upgrading to 1.6.4....?

When you open the minecraft launcher, just go and click on the "Edit profile" button next to your profile name. A window will pop up, and what you will be looking for is "use version". Just go ahead and select "use lastest version" from the pop-down menu. Press the "save profile" button, and now click play!
