User added me, claimed to have found me through j2 (He may have, he added 4 j2 people recently), and said he was hoping to get some items for his friend. Said he'd never traded before so the whole thing was new to him. I point him to my stuff for trade, and instead goes straight for my strange festive huntsman ($20 in the steam market). After I point out how that's obviously scammy, he says to ignore reports. Took me a moment to process, but then realized he was talking about steamrep where I then found two reports against him. He also did the same thing to Base, with other items of his.

I've already contacted the j2 folks on his friends list, but wanted to warn others. He is also now banned from j2 as well. Maybe this will be enough to prevent a few more of his trades.

Ah, so that explains this. He came after me wanting my crates. Something about unboxing something nice for his friend. His story started to not add up and eventually I got sick of him and blocked him.
