You'll find that Half-Life units don't mesh with Real-Life units anywhere near well. Trust me, just try and make some stuff, and see if it seems right.

io put down a T enitity spawn next to something whenever i want to make it look antrhing near real...lol (and put it to the right proportions that way)

You have to overscale stuff for the sake of gameplay. Remember that the player models take up the space of a big ol box, where as in reality you can stand up strait and not take up so much space. So if 16 people spawn in your house they are gonna need a lot of room to move around or nobody will be able to move.
