Need help looking up on a TF2 Item

Need to know a website that I can search for an unique item I've obtain back in 2010 and track down its current owner.

The original item ID is 202464187 and it's a HOUWAR. Where can I see a historical log of each and every HOUWAR and find out the original owner (me) and see who is the original owner is?

I'm trying to see if I can get it back....
