Ivan: Honorary nasty person

Ok so recently, I've had the pleasure of meeting someone who truly defines the phrases 'butt hurt' and 'admin abuse'. So this guy who go by the name of Ivan gets on the tf4 server and starts talking in a Russian accent (and not the best one, to be honest). Everyone kept saying it was bad, but we didn't really show any genuine hostility; we were just poking fun like we usually do. He then tells us that he's a j2 admin (the events leading up to this from the point we started joking around are lost to me), however noone really believed him. So as punishment, this asshole Ivan starts to change the names of EVERYONE on the server and to whoever joins during that time. He was very hostile especially towards a local player on the server who goes by Wonder Woman (who is one of the nicest people I've ever met), changing her name to something relatively hateful. I'm not too familiar with the rules that admins' powers follow, but I'm pretty sure Ivan was breaking one of them. I'm not alone in my opinion either; numerous other locals feel the same way too. So who the fuck is this Ivan guy, and why the fuck is he an admin?

I came in shortly after after everyone had shit for names. Some guy named IIII slapped everyone at the end of a pl_ round (transitioning from phase 1 into phase 2) instead of at the end of the map. sm_who said it was Dr. Fisch. prolix was on at this time, unsure if he was on earlier. I told Dr. Fisch to stop and then I think he left.

Next map Velp said it was Dr. Fisch who changed everyones name.
