Big updates as well as a new operation: Bloodhound

Would sure get us some traffic on the server, if we had one, just saying. Two of the new Comp maps are even ones I had in the list on the last page, Zoo and Resort.

Oh and I set up deadtalk so it should be on all the time now, removed the bots too, dunno if someone swapped some files or did it themselves but no. Bad admin. Badmin. bot_quota 0.
