tc_spectre is really really bad and should be taken off tf4. points are extremely short and just poorly designed in general. additionally, I think da_man found some nasty clipping issues and got stuck. an overall crappy map.

We played Spectre for about 5 minutes and the teams were majorly stacked. Cap times are approximately the same as the ones on tc_hydro. We don't have enough test data to say it's badly balanced at this point
