This is my recipe for rice:
2 cups of water
1 cup of rice
1/2 tsp of butter
1/4 tsp of salt
Bring water to boil
Add rice, butter, and salt
Stir well.
Bring temperature down to a simmer
Cover for 18 minutes
VERY IMPORTANT: LEAVE COVERED FOR FULL DURATION
Fluff with fork
Enjoy good rice!
