This is hardly new hardware, but my mom got me a Hamilton Beach immersion blender this Christmas. So far I've only used it to puree red lentils in a soup, but it works fairly well! It comes with a blender attachment and a whisk attachment, and I can definitely see myself using the whisk for things like batters and other baking bases. I certainly recommend!

I have a Dualit 2-slice toaster that my mom found at a yard sale for like 20 bucks. I definitely wouldn't pay full price for one but for 20 bucks it's a pretty awesome toaster.

The kitchen aid was recovered shortly after that post but there is now a new Xmas gift in its place. It’s one of those glass cake stands. I should take it in.
