when eva inserting a prefab i have created in another file...
it comes up with a long error statting texture perpindiulcar
to face...description face is perpi to face prob caused by rotation
etc etc i'm sure u've seen the same thin..

I have done shit + L which enables texture lock...
and i have no rotated it at alL!!!

Sumone please help...

Texture lock won't fix the problem.

Just open the RMF with the prefab, select the whole thing, copy it, then paste it into the map you want to put it in. Viola. Prefab without the hassle.

Really? Texture lock is always on for me, and I never seem to have trouble with a prefab's textures going screwy. Is texture lock a Hammer setting or a map/file-specific setting?

i'm pretty sure it's a hammer thing.. so when you move an object in the editor, the texture don't get unaligned, etc
If i ever post something on the message boards, i'm referring to Counter-Strike 1.6

Fix is your only option; you'll just have to deal with realigning it.
(There is something wrong with the prefab).
