Taunts and the like

Valve released the server files early (and they're in beta form, so it was probably an accident), and I decided to get them and take a look at them. Just from listening, I have come to the conclusion of where each class is from:

Demoman = Scotland
Engineer = Texas
Heavy = Russia (possibly)
Medic = Germany
Pyro = ??? (muffled)
Scout = New York
Sniper = Australia
Soldier = USA
Spy = France

Yeah, those are all about correct.

The taunts also happen to be glorious. Along with the rest of the amazing amount of voice work.

if you preload the game you can listen to them all using gcfscape

the pyro is kenny from south park pretty much

I love that they made the scout an impatient new yorker.

My favorite taunt of them all is probably "YOUR ENTIRE TEAM IS BABIES!"
