Let's do this again, this time with gusto: The Federal Communications Commission has officially and formally approved the merger between Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. and XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc.
The FCC in all it's inglorious self decided to finally approve the merger. Thank God, because I was starting to think our Government was a crock of shit. Oh wait......
But anyways. This means good things for Sat. radio subscribers.

Well.... maybe. Assuming they don't take too much advantage of their new found status as a monopoly....
Still not dead.

I'm a subscriber but I'm cancelling my subscription... I enjoyed it, but really don't need it with internet radio, unless I was in the car for long periods of time. But computers are breaching there as well (yay for iphones)

Oh yeah, with so little the amount of subscribers compared to the massive amount of Terrestrial radio listeners. I can totally see them taking advantage of their monopoly (laf)...
Ya know cuz they want people to get pissed off and leave the company so they make no money and go under.

Well, yes, but you never know. Frankly, I don't give a shit about radio as long as I have CDs.
Still not dead.
