between the 12th and mid january i won't be able to play at all, i'll be back home and i only have dial up there

surely you guys aren't taking these duels seriously

because if you were, random crits would be disabled:
tf_weapon_criticals 0
  • disables random crits
  • disables client side visuals of random crits
  • does not disable special crits from kritzkrieg, kgb, backburner, and axtinguisher
there is absolutely nothing skillful about random crits

including this as an on/off option on the admin menu sure would be handy for these duel events
