You MAYBE can PM an admin (because we trust them), tell them that you want them to gift you minecraft (cheaper than the normal price), then pay them through paypal, then they will get you an account. Also, how old are you and what is your experience with computers?

just save up some money where ever you get it so you can have your own username and it is easier to manage
