browser MMO glitch

played for a few hours - www.glitch.com



it's not a typical MMO - there are no enemies to fight. instead you walk around interacting with trees, rocks, animals

great art and writing, a bit weak on guidance

first 1-4 hours you are enjoying everything
hours 5-10 you get bored and have nothing to do
hours 11+ you learn some more advanced skills and the world opens up a lot more

the quests are based on skills you learn so until you learn some skills there isn't much to do

I've been playing this off an on for a couple of weeks or so since it went out of beta.. It's a pretty fun game to play in little short bursts..
I finally got the "It's educational" quest yesterday that kind of explained the storyline a bit better for the whole game, and I think you have to fight enemies later on in the game once you level up, but I'm not powerful enough yet lol.

Oh yeah and apparently the guy who made Katamari Damacy was involved in making this http://kotaku.com/5844203/they-made-fli ... ing-glitch

I recommend leveling up the "Better Learning" skill tree first because it will let you level up the other skills faster.

Also a pretty good review of the game here, with the guy live-streaming for about an hour
