You'll need an SOE Station Account to sign up. Free to make one. Doesn't say when the beta is coming out, but it does imply it will be rolled out to people over time (as many betas are today). In the past they said they will prioritize beta to currently active PlanetSide subscriptions.



Sounds/looks like there are some adjustments for PlanetSide 2. For example:
The video implies the Mosquito is TR only, and the Reaver is NC only. In PS, these were available to all 3 factions. The Scythe is new.

They say TR is a 'power in numbers' type faction. While the whole game is based around this idea, in PlanetSide the NC currently seem to benefit the most from it, while TR is a huge, slow moving power house. VS seems mostly unchanged, other than they look even cooler now.
