Map-makin programs

I thought it would be fun to see if I could make a CS map( :lol: ). Does anyone know any good, simple programs that I could use. Isn't there an official one called Half-Life thingy or somethin??

Yes, Worldcraft, which comes with one of the Half-Life patches, so you have it already.

BE SURE TO GET ZONER'S COMPILE TOOLS! DO NOT USE THE SHITTY ONES THAT COME WITH WORLDCRAFT!

Chances are you probably don't have worldcraft 3.4/hammer, just download the newest one 3.4....

Take a gander at C:\Program Files\Worldcraft\

What you have right now is Worldcraft 3.3. You can choose to upgrade to the Valve Hammer Editor (AKA Worldcraft 3.4)
