It looks like its for real now, they did kill the hostage they were holding just a couple weeks ago. But what do you expect? Of course they were going to kill him. And it said they took another hostage, and also they took a video once again of the beheading.

And you'll do what? Seriously. About the only viable option is the wholesale slaughter of the middle east, and that's generally considered not particularly viable because its GENOCIDE.

Its not like these people have big orange vests that say "ALLAH AKBAR" (well, I'm sure there are actually big orange vests that say that but they're probably not GEN-U-INE 100% Terrariststs vests). The news wants you to believe that Al Queda is behind every bad thing that happens in iraq, but a lot of it is people who believe that the U.S. invaded iraq for colonial/imperial reasons, are angry at injustices that they percieve, and want to strike back.

The aformentioned beheaders are sick mofos, but not particularly special.

This new report says the same group claims they haven't killed him yet and the previous report was some kind of hoax.

I don't think there's really a unified resistence force in Iraq, just lots of (well armed) bunches of crazy criminals that like to kill people. And we're having regular army troops who have been well trained at how to follow orders and shoot people act as cops. It's not working out so well.
