It was all just new. Servers today are just like the ol' 1.5 days. I think it was just a matter of us moving on and people not caring enough to bother waiting for a decent adminmod to be put out. We can blame Valve for making it hard to transition, but in the end if we cared enough, we would still play here.

If anyone here even still played CS, a server I've found to be fun to play at is, TheServerSpot.com. Check it out, team goals oriented for the most part. Only complain I have is the admins play Westwood wayyyyy to much. hah

I never played with you guys, but I've been playing since beta 6.5 ... I came here looking to download the chicken mod ooohhhhhhh so many years ago. That was by far one of the funnest server add-ons I ever used.
