Some questions about the location of sounds
Some func_? stuff like func_tank, func_door...etc, can pick the sound from your computer, but I'm not sure where it is located, so I thought I might ask you guys.
Is it located in the "steam" folder or in the "My Doc" folder?

What the hell is the "My Doc" folder?
You put them in your mods sound folder. Grrarrgh. so steam/steamapps/accountname/counter-strike:source/ cstrike/sound/ for example

god damn you're annoying
your question barely makes sense. I already told you where custom sounds are supposed to be. If you wanted to use the game sounds, you'd need to either extract them with gcfscape or just reference them.
