As further character testimony: Rane has also been warned for using a porn spray in the past by an admin and has continued to use the same spray regardless.

Also "I didn't say go fuck yourself, I said go f yourself" is a stupid argument and we are all stupider for having heard it.

Was it some anime cartoon character bending over with it's balls and penis hanging down? Cause I removed his spray and gave him a warning yesterday. This was prior to this incident.

Why I should be unbanned:
I said "Je bent mijn neger" which is in no way derogatory or offensive. Neger is the formal term in Dutch and it's considered racist and offensive to call someone zwarte (black) instead of neger. Neger is a word in Dutch/Afrikaans and is considered not offensive or derogatory, so I was not breaking the slurs rule. Check any online dictionary.

After warnings and being told not to use that word, you thought it'd be funny to try a different language. I speak Dutch and I'm black. That ain't cool, regardless, especially in our society today.

For those of you who are wondering what "Je bent mijn nege" means and too lazy to use Google translate or something, it means "You're my N-word".

Basically same as that von Tauntizen or whatever his name was. Told him not to call people sticks, says it in a different language, thinking nobody would notice.

The rule is against racial slurs. Neger in Dutch is unoffensive to the point that no reasonable person would call it a slur.

The rule is don't ruin the fun and our policy about racial slurs applies to your intentions rather than the language you use. While "Neger" may be PC in Dutch, there is no excuse for using the phrase "You're my N-word" in ANY language on a server that prohibits racial slurs. You were obviously trying to circumvent the rules and are now trying to defend yourself by arguing the connotation of a Dutch word. Sorry, but this isn't the Netherlands.

You are not the first kid to try bypassing the rules by saying something naughty in another language; you are not witty, clever or original. If you want to be unbanned, then you need to grow up and take responsibility for being an idiot; it's the only way anyone will take you seriously.

Regardless of if you get appealed or not, it's worth noting that tf4 isn't the place for anyone to just hop on and dump their shit on others. Regardless of how shitty your life is, it doesn't mean you can just come out of nowhere and call someone an n-word. It's even worse in your case considering that fact that as you said, you've been on the server for a long time. Even in your supposed rage you should know much better at this point.

Basically this. No matter how long you play on the server or how hard your day's been, you break the rules, you're getting your ass banned. You have been on the server way too long for this sort of rulebreak to go unpunished.

Just got say, sorry or not, I think it really speaks volumes about your character if you get mad and start calling people n-words. (If that was truly your motivation). Your should really reevaluate your life and think about why you would call someone that. Think about why you think it's an insult.

I wasn't online for the particular issue so i cant say much, but if you really enjoyed the community's server you would of known and understood that the type of behavior you showed is never acceptable. While I'm sure everyone understands how much of a pain having a bad day can be, its still not a valid reason to break the rules and use such language.
