It would seem that there are numerous people who have songs they would like to see added to the karaoke list. Well, here's your chance to request something.

If you have a song you want or would like to see added, post the title and artist here. To make things even easier for me, post a youtube link or an mp3 of the specified song. All requested songs will be made, no matter how much they may annoy me (Rock lobster is way more annoying then it seems).

RULES:
Okay, so they aren't really rules, more like things i'm just requesting out of desired songs.
-Nothing that requires extremely fast talking or singing. For people who have never heard the song, it could be difficult to keep up with the song.
-If the song you want is in a foreign language, keep in mind that some languages use different sounds then regular english, which can be troublesome to sing along with.
-Try to keep it upbeat. Songs that are boring or depressing aren't fun to listen to while playing a video game.
-Any songs that have screaming, while they will still have the needed files made, could prove difficult to sing along with.
-Try not to suggest anything that has excessive swearing. There are kids who play on the server.

That's really all for guidelines anyway.

*Songs that are requested will not be added to the server right away. I want everyone to know this. Don't give me a hard time about your song not showing up. The current karaoke system can only support so many songs at once to keep downloads low, but all songs will have files made for them. Keep that in mind when you submit something*

it's against standard j2 policy but i actually recommend locking this thread and only unlocking it when we need more songs. there will be hundreds of requests quickly at which point they become meaningless because the people at the end of the line will have to wait months or probably years to hear their song on there.

I don't mind if it's locked. I made this so that people wouldn't have to make a whole new thread to ask for a single song, and i could easily keep track of the songs they asked for. I made a little note so people would know that their songs may not be added for a while, but when it comes time to change the songs, i'd like to have all the needed files ready to go for whatever song they want.

I believe it means it'll stay open and just generate a super-long list that will slowly be cycled through.
