Wow, have not seen you in forever Ikri, glad to know you are doing well. Makerspaces are so awesome, and the bay area justs keeps getting better with more to do, and in more places.

I used to, yes, but it's in hibernation mode during coronavirus. Noisebridge just signed a new lease and is moving to Capp St, literally behind the current Noisebridge. I moved to South Bay and have my own workshop now, but I enjoyed Noisebridge, even with its ups and downs.

I swear there are so many gems in East Bay that are missing in South Bay where I live. I love this area, but the culture and life is lacking. At least there's heavy mask compliance here, haha! Hope y'all are staying safe over there. Lovely pics, Baud!

Re: Who are you and what do you look like
Thank you

I enjoy the South Bay, but dislike the heat... and yea the culture is lacking around there. Stanford University is beautiful to drive through... so much green and beauty. Atherton is a beautiful yet insanely expensive area to drive through. Palo Alto is nice, but expensive too. Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara are nice. I have a special relationship with San Jose because my aunt has lived there my whole life even before I came to the bay area.
Saratoga is wonderful...and when COVID and quarantine gets under control, I recommend for you to see a concert at The Mountain Winery https://www.mountainwinery.com when you can.

Thanks for sharing 510 Baud One! You say the culture is lacking there but compared to Alabama ... Y'all got it pretty good! It is a beautiful country though no doubt about that.
I took my wife to CA this summer and she loved it. She's never been anywhere but the southeast US, Bahamas and Mexico (on cruise destinations) so it was quite the journey. Unfortunately we didn't get to do anything but drive through the bay area but had a blast none the less. We mostly spent time in Yosemite and at Lake Tahoe (which was overrun with vacationers). We couldn't complain about the tourists though being some ourselves. Thankfully my past visit had given me insight into some of the best places to be and I rented a jeep wrangler to park in precarious locations. We hope to go back sometime in the next few years, hopefully SARS-CoV-2 will be a worry of the past by then.
