JOE.TOurnaments (Clever, Right?)

I've been wanting to do this for a while, so why not?
I want to organize this into the 9 classes in TF2.
This will be a simple 1-on-1 competition to see who is the champion of the classes.

Scout - Wolsk, KoD, Base, Derp
Soldier - Wolsk, ChitterChatter, neelpos, pepper
Pyro - Wolsk
Heavy - neelpos, LOOK, IT'S ADAM!!!, The Green Ranger
Engineer - A Ninja
Demoman - KoD
Sniper - KoD, Ninge, Ronin
Medic - Wolsk, Rat-morningstar, KipperTheDog.j2, neelpos
Spy - Wolsk, Rat-morningstar, KipperTheDog.j2, stickbeast

Do you have any more info on how these are going to work? I'm guessing the scheduling will just be worked out between the two who are matched up, but what are the rules? What map/maps are going to be used?

I was kind of thinking any map, but ctf_hallofdeath is great for 1-on-1 matches.
The players can decide on the number they are playing to, but it MUST be done before the match has started.
First to 20 kills would probably be best.
