cool Caitlin buffs coming! Hopefully this means I won't need double buffs to be effective

but a big nerf to fiddlesticks... kind of uncalled for. I play him occasionally but never considered him more than a pub stomper

fiddle isn't really getting nerfed that hard
his power is just more equally divided between his skills and levels

.10% and .05% AP ratio increases are not buffs. huge nerfs to drain hurts his jungling ability (he used to be able to solo dragon at level 4) and he's still going to be mediocre late game compared to other AP characters

IMO they just really wanted to nerf drain but they always feel like they gotta make useless changes to pretend that its actually a buff

0.10 and 0.05 increases ARE buffs, 25-50 bonus damage is a nice buff

and yes, they're nerfing it because he ravages crap with his drain at low levels
that's the point, fiddle's an early game champ, but right now he's just TOO easy to rape with

if you get a good start you can keep him up, but if you don't manage to get a kill or so at low levels he's going to be mediocre
