Squirt(RageGG) basically BEAT them with randoms. Reminder: this is solo que and CLG is around 2400 elo. Squirt(RageGG) is around 1700.

Okay so lemme do this one more time then (just for you bax.) Basically, in RANKED, there is a thing called Elo. And the higher your elo is, the more higher and skilled people you play against. The lower your elo is, the lower skilled people you play against. So thus, 1600 is about midway, decently good, 2400 on the other hand is ridiculously good. Squirt(RageGG) a guy who livestreams LoL and is around the 1600-1800 elo mark, played a match and got matched up with 2 members of CLG (counter logic gaming). CLG is known for making HUGE comebacks lategame, even with non-lategame champs. So, thus, Squirt(RageGG) solo que'd and got matched up with his elo, 1600-2000, and he got some decent teammates and some hard people to face. I hope this makes a LOT more sense now. Also, ranked is unlocked at level 30 and in ranked, you get to ban 4 champs (1 person picks 2, thus other person picks 2) which means, you can't play that champion in that match/game. Only just that match unless its gangplank and gets banned everytime, you should just go back to normals.

He means queue, as in queuing for a matchmaking game. "Solo queuing" refers to queuing for a matchmaking game by yourself and being matched with 4 random players.
