In all likelihood it will take place in just Los Santos and a bit of the surrounding area, but I'll wait until we get a more solid confirmation that Las Venturas or San Fierro won't be in there that isn't just a lack of information. Rockstar like to build their hype machine one piece at a time.

Actually Chinatown Wars and Vice City Stories pretty much ruled- it would be cool if they incorporated pieces of each of them into GTA V (particularly Chinatown's crazy drug running minigame).
