Servers are still down, but the patch notes were recently added. I am mostly excited about runes being added, we can finally play around with augmented skills. Public chat channels are also added, but I'm not sure if it works like SCII or old Diablo 2 yet. In SCII, you don't automatically join a channel, so the general chats are pretty much deserted. I hope Diablo 3 has larger chat screens as well.
