which would you rather be made, assuming this
Portal 3 would be like a origins kid of thing where it shows Chell as a child and her dad is scientist at the labs and such
Tf3 would have new classes and match types, and would have some sort of short storyline
Half Life 3 would........Well I don't really know. But it'd be good

In all seriousness I don't think there will ever be another portal. But, that's just me. Although I would like tf3 that's not going to happen until the community really starts to die and thats not going to be for at least 2 years. And obviously I want HL3. It's probable coming out this year so I wouldn't worry to much.

However long it's been since the last installment, I would still like to see the Half Life story continued.
