func_vehicle fucking sucked. It was fun sometimes for some goofy shit but jesus christ way too many people are like 1.6 IS DA FUCKIN BEST CUZ CARS LOL WHY DONT THEY BRING BACK CARS ALREADY ITS THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT CS

1.6 is a grimey outdated piece of turd.

Its because it added a lot to cs for custom maps, its not the only good thing about cs but it was a good thing.

It's a really clunky and lame way to use vehicles in a game. If a game came out today where you had to drive in parts and it was like func_vehicle it would be laughable.

It may be old fashioned and clunky, but that open ended silly design is what made it fun.

You can say that about any game with anything in it that came out 12 years ago, its a shitty argument.

It was an awesome way to use vehicles in game because you could make them anything, and all the bugs and glitches that came with it made it even funnier.

It wasn't even meant to be part of the game anyways, it was an unused function from HL1 that was in CS 1.3 in cs_siege but then removed.

I'm sure they would have put them in the beta by now, seeing as the game releases in about 2 months.

No they wouldnt.

They only gave out the SDK about a month ago, and the SDK is in beta same with the game.

It wont be func_vehicle but it will be Prop_vehicle_driveable so the code is there, its been there since HL2.

I dont understand why they wont fucking just put it in, it will require a model but you can make brush based models with propper in hammer so it would be the good old func_vehicle but now with physics.

If there was ever a game changing entity in any game, it was func_vehicle.

I cant stand how valve wont just copy paste that shit from HL2 into CS:GO
