are you certain that you wish to be associated with this
alternatively we could have a part of our new base named vault 28 along with a vault 1 through 27
is there any reason in particular for the number 28 to be used

Yea the mumble thing never really worked, either noone would show up, or they didn't have a mic. Perhaps just a message or something telling them to pm me or hell, even post in this topic. Either way, that system seems to work better than the mumble one did. :P
