does anybody know how to let someone use the thing on your land like chests?

Type in

/trust [playername] while you're on your plot.

Chests: /containertrust <playername>
Building/Chests/Pretty Much Everything: /trust <playername>
Do the command outside of your claim to grant trust to that person for all of your claims. Inside the claim grants the player trust for that certain claim.
