Enabled Rayman1103's Mutation Mod on the L4D2 Server

As per Lann's request, this has been enabled. The mod appears to be working well, and you can join it using the Steam Group server option (the server name is "j2 j2 j2 j2 j2"). Let me know what you guys think!

EDIT: Also added Diescraper and Death Aboard II.
