It's an MMOFPS where thousands of people inhabit a single server with an enormous map and fight alongside one of three factions and no one ever gains any ground because there's thousands of people playing.

What about Planetary Annihilation? It can be client run but I've had it fill my 8Gb of Ram when playing with just a few planets and players, it's reaching the end of its pre-release versions and most bugs are fixed. Just putting this out there as a suggestion.

Damn. I met some of the coolest people on this server. Can't believe that it's almost been three years since I first logged on, and joined the world of gaming. J2 has kind of changed my life, and me as a person. I'm looking forward to playing some l4d2 and other co-op games + mumble with you guys. Promise I'll just stop opening it, realize I don't know anybody, and closing it!

The last 4 1/2 years, I've played on the J2 servers. Its surely one of the best community ever. I loved playing minecraft back in those days, and I keep doing it. I loved the server, how people interact with each other, have fun playing and doing some amazing buildings and things. I like to thank mbaxter and eviltechie who supported me when I was trying revive the minecraft server. The rpg server was active for 1 month, and I'm happy everyone who joined could enjoy it and have once more fun in the J2 server. I must say that my best gaming experience in a community has been in J2, specially in minecraft.
Anyways, since now its shut down, it doesn't mean I won't play anymore. If someone wants to play some day, let me know and I'll be happy to play and have fun once more.
