FREE Reserved Slot Information Thread

When the server is full (32/32 or such), you can join server via console (by typing: connect "ip"), and the server will kick a non-reserved player for you.

In this case, type "join tf4.joe.to" into the console and your slot should work.

I lost my reserved slot, apparently. I tried to join earlier with 32/32 players, and it told me to request a reserved slot

that doesn't mean you don't have a reserve slot, just that you aren't more important than any one else in the server

You still have the old-style reserved slot (manually added by one of the admins), not sure why that would happen.

It would actually say the following if the server was full of more important people:
No reserved slots available
Sorry, but keep trying!

You guys are being pretty vague with the messages it gives you. Either take a screenshot of what it says, or type it exactly as it appears so I know what's going on. There are 3 or 4 different messages the plugin will present you with, depending on the situation. I need to know exactly what the problem is so that I can fix it.

I just tried it out and sadly its still not working i received the same message.

Some more changes, and did some testing this time around. I think I nailed the problem. It was a combination of two things not working as intended.

I keept getting this message while already connected to the server and playing, I linked my steam account to the forum about a week or two ago.

you have to post in this thread to get the reserved slot. look at the 1st page to see the proper formatting
