Upgrade to Premium gift? How do I do?

Upgrade to Premium gift? How do I do?

So I bought an upgrade to premium gift for my friend Bash, and I can't trade it to him. The item says that it's tradable now, and I see it in my TF2 inventory, however it doesn't appear as an item for trading to him. Help please?

right click on it and see if it has a deliver option.
