You can connect to the server by clicking this link: steam://connect/csgo.joe.to:27015 or by typing 'connect csgo.joe.to' into the in game console.
Paste someone's STEAM ID into the box, hit the button, and you'll see a link to their Steam Community page.
CS:GO Tweaks
Custom Crosshair

Instructions:
1. Customize the crosshair as you see fit
2. Create a notepad file and paste the crosshair information into it
3. Save as autoexec.cfg and change filetype to "All Files
4. Save in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg

Players who have been complaining about the games recoil system might find the following video informative, as it explains recoil, movement, and other factors that can screw with your accuracy. Aiming in CS:GO isn't easy, but once you learn the ins and outs you'll start popping heads like a champion.

It's not that we don't know how aiming and recoil work in CS:GO, it's that we think how aiming and recoil work in CS:GO is stupid.

I think they upped the crate cap and lowered the skin cap, but they're still there. Played a game last night where a player got an Awp Pink DDPAT as a drop, $13 gun that is. It's probably in response to XP rewarding a skin for every weekly level up, but the levels do seem a bit too low for it to be just that.
