I think my mouse was partly to blame. I've always been using a wireless one, and the power switch is kind of flaky. Swapped out to a wired one, and we almost tied with a man down.

They haven't reverted back the bomb timer / round timer for comp but I haven't decided if I hate that change yet or not. I can understand why they did it since they added the incendiary grenade. Adding 5 seconds to the bomb.... Ehhhh....

Glad they fixed what they broke though.

Now they just need to implement func_vehicle

I don't mind the time changes. I will learn to play around them. But the guns was just to big of a change tbh.

so I've started playing this game. how much do I need to play to be able to start doing comp? been doing arms race/casual, and getting my ass handed to me

My first 10 hours were my first 10 comp games. You really shouldn't stress it, just start once you've hit level 3 if you feel like it.

Once you get to level 3 you can play comp.

Don't give up. Comp is (usually) a lot better than any of the casual gamemodes.

Just played a five stack with j2 guys. And a four stack with j2 guys before that. Won both. Fun was had GG all. I've won five in a row and no rank up my salt is real.
