Call me Hooded Sniper or whatever but i'm pretty sure tf4 is dead right? Maybe I just haven't been paying attention but I never see the server with more than 15 people.

It's definitely not as active as it used to be. If you've got suggestions for ways for us to improve it and get folks on again I'd be happy to try them
